Winter's Eve 2021

During a typical year, Assistance League holds Winter's Eve Corvallis downtown on Madison Avenue where guests enjoy a magical evening of shopping, food, drink, raffles, and a silent auction. But like 2020, 2021 is not typical. Rather than hold the annual downtown gala in the beautifully decorated tent, this year’s event is titled “Winter’s Eve Corvallis Reinvented – Year 2” featuring an online silent auction from November 26 through December 5. We feel this option will best protect the health and safety of the greater Corvallis community, as well as AL members. Participants can bid on a wealth of items generously donated by local businesses and Assistance League members, all from the comfort of home using a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Winter's Eve provides much of the funding for Assistance League’s philanthropic programs. This year the focus is on Operation School Bell, Hygiene Help, and Read Every Day (RED) - programs that provide clothing, shoes, much needed hygiene products and books to Benton County school children and families in need. Due to the economic impact of Covid-19, the need this year is greater than ever. Your participation in the Winter’s Eve 2021 silent auction will provide Assistance League with the necessary resources to continue to provide these much-needed items and thereby fulfill our mission of transforming lives and strengthening community.

Enjoy bidding on items for yourself or to give as gifts. Holiday cards, note cards and 8" x 10", 10" x 14", and 14" x 20" prints featuring a new, original painting by local artist Jan Roberts-Dominguez are available for purchase. What are you waiting for? Get started now!

BIDDERS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BID ON AND PURCHASE ITEMS THAT INCLUDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE ASSISTANCE LEAGUE CHAPTER HOUSE AT 547 NW 9TH STREET IN CORVALLIS. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHOW YOUR RECEIPT AT PICKUP. SEE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR DETAILS.
