The Magic Show For David - SILENT AUCTION

This Magic Show for David Event Silent Auction fundraiser supports three year old David Westwood Jnr who has NF1 syndrome with rare complications. All proceeds from ticket sales and this silent auction go towards the care of David, our awesome little superhero!
David has neurofibramatosis type 1 syndrome. After his first stroke at the beginning of last 2016, he was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease - a rare complication of this syndrome. Moyamoya disease affects the blood vessels that feed the brain which results in strokes. David had six strokes last year. David spent many months of 2016 in hospital receiving chemotherapy for his tumour and treatment for Moyamoya, including two brain surgeries with the incredible neurosurgeon Andrew Law. When he was not in hospital, he spent time at the Wilson Centre doing intensive stroke rehabilitation. David will have treatment and ongoing therapy this year under the wonderful care of his neuro-specialist at Starship, Gina O'Grady.

Our show is a fun, family ‘Magic Spectacular’ with young local Devonport magician Floyd and his assistant Lady Alice teaming up with award winning Illusionist & Magician, Andre Vegas and his assistant Adriana. These hour-long professional shows are packed with mind-boggling magical entertainment for everyone! Come along and support David in Devonport on Sunday, we have shows at 3.00pm and 5.30pm at The Vic Theatre!
