Pace Spring 2021 Fundraiser

Welcome to Pace at Lockwood Spring 2021 Fundraiser!

Gear up for our First Online Auction to benefit our program and our school.

We are excited to share with you many amazing items. As much as we would love to host our fundraiser in-person, due to the current state-wide situation with the Covid-19 Virus and remote learning in place, we are not allowed for larger gatherings. The health and safety of our students, families, and school staff is our priority.
By going online, we can ensure that everyone, at the convenience of their free time, location, and comfort of their home will be able to see our auction, bid on the wonderful items we have, and safely receive or pick-up winnings after the auction.

You are an important GEAR to this machine we call PACE. It is your support and generosity, as well the dedication of our Pace teachers and Pace parents that allows for our program to be successful.
We are fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing, supportive community.
We would like to take this opportunity to say, "Thank You Very Much" to all companies and individuals that donated their goods and services to our auction.

Proceeds from the auction will be used to bring in external educational programs to our Pace students, allowing them to enhance their learning experiences in STEM, outdoor education, arts, camping, social studies, additional science projects, weekly Spanish lessons, literature, Mini Units, in-person or Virtual trips to museums, theaters, guest speakers, and more.

We also support the needs of Lockwood Elementary School. Make sure to check the Fund-an-Item . We are proud to help raise funds for the Lockwood Elementary Library Outdoor Book Drop-off box. Check out also other F-A-I items from our teachers.

We are able to provide these additional educational opportunities thanks to You and your generosity, but we also understand that the past year has been challenging & difficult for many families in our community. We understand this year may not be the best year for your family to bid your heart out during our auction. You can still help – by sharing the link to our auction with your friends, coworkers, and family. Drop a link on your social media page.

For those who would like to support our program but are not interested in bidding on any item(s) or buying any item(s) we have an option to just pledge a general donation. There are several “Donation” levels on our auction list. The Pace at Lockwood is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and your donation is tax-deductible. Our tax ID number is 91-1860454. We will be happy to provide Donation Confirmation Letter for your donation.

Payment Information
After the auction is closed all winning bidders will receive an email from Pace with an invoice for their auction item(s) and/or donation(s), instruction for payment, and directions for pick-up /delivery or shipping.
Should you want to send a check for your payment, please make it payable to Pace at Lockwood and mail it to:

Please attached a copy of your invoice or write the invoice number on your check.
Winnings will be distributed after payment is received.

PACE stands for Parents Active in Cooperative Education. It is a not-for-profit program at Lockwood Elementary. It is made up of dedicated parent volunteers who support the PACE and Lockwood school community, as well as the teachers and staff of our school, enhancing traditional education with a high level of parent involvement and additional enrichment programs.
