No. 1 Gaoler's Mews - Tuesday March 19th

On Tuesday March 19th, 2019, No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews will be hosted by Chef Lee Cooper, Chef Kyle Connaughton and Katina Connaughton of SingleThread in Healdsburg, California. Kyle and Katina Connaughton were recently awarded their 3rd Michelin Star for their restaurant and inn that opened in 2016.

A seasonal multi-course dinner featuring elevated cuisine and fine wines prepared right in front of guests eyes in an intimate open kitchen for just 8 guests.

All proceeds raised through ticket sales will be donated to our partner, the BC Hospitality Foundation.

No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews’ offers an unparalleled VIP dining experience from beginning to end — with elegant welcome packages mailed in advance, fine crystal glassware and bespoke table settings, and custom décor and keepsake gifts.

Each No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dining event is hosted by Chef/Owner Lee Cooper and his invited guest chef. Seasonal multi-course menus are based on a collaboration between the chefs and will be prepared right in front of guests eyes in an intimate open kitchen.
