We are auctioning off this rare bottle beginning at 8:00 am February 27th and concluding at 10:00 pm February 27th. Bidding will begin at $1,000 and then in $100 increment bids. Feel free to contact Skye@mhkc.org or 971.230.2928 with any questions.

“These vintages are certainly unique and special whiskeys,” said Buffalo Trace’s Kris Comstock in a prepared statement. “We hope this O.F.C. collection can pay tribute to the many years gone by here at the Distillery. Each vintage has a story to tell indeed,” stated Kris Comstock from Buffalo Trace Distillery. “To offer this first release to charitable organizations for their fundraising efforts makes this even more rewarding. We expect bottles to raise upwards of $10,000 each for worthy causes.”

About Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp

There are few places where children and adults with disabilities can spend an entire week focusing on their abilities, rather than their disabilities. MHKC is dedicated to the belief that all people regardless of race, economic status or physical/mental ability should experience the joy and personal growth that comes from the adventure of an overnight camp experience. MHKC has provided over 16,000 campers with the magic of camp. Thanks to this life-changing experience, our campers’ quality of life has improved, along with their personal growth in self-esteem, communications, social skills, sense of achievement and independence.

For over 84 years, MHKC has partnered with the U.S. Forest Service to provide individuals with disabilities an outstanding overnight recreational opportunity in the Mt. Hood National Forest. One of the largest programs of its kind in the U.S., each season MHKC offers a unique opportunity for more than 588 campers ages 11 and over to experience the outdoors in its fully accessible 22-acre campsite.
