About the Glenbrook High School Foundation

The Glenbrook High School Foundation is a volunteer run organization dedicated to giving opportunities to all Glenbrook students. Specific funding priorities for the Foundation include program innovation, which develops creative educational opportunities and enrichment programs for activities that extend the core curriculum, benefiting students at all levels of learning. Vital Foundation programs provide students with assistance and opportunities they need to succeed at GBS and GBN high schools. Each year we also fund six need-based scholarships to graduating seniors.

Recent programs we've supported include:
- Installation of a Haas Mini Mill and Laser Engraver machine in the CTE at GBN thanks to a major gift from the Cless Family Foundation
- Community Action Health Network (C.A.T.C.H) Mental Health Kits
- Makey Makey STEM Invention Kits for the CTE Departments
- American Sign Language (ASL) Proficiency Testing for ASL students
- Certification U-Handy Portable Microscopes for the GBS Science department
- Need-Based Scholarships for graduating Seniors at GBS and GBN
