Minnesota's Second Congressional District DFL (Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party) is a volunteer organization dedicated to electing Democrats to Congress, MN statewide offices, and the MN Legislature.

CD2 currently encompasses the counties of Dakota, Scott, Le Sueur, as well as parts of Rice and Washington counties. We're a mix of rural and suburban communities and a diverse group of farmers, union members, small business owners, students, retirees, and much more.
