Coro Allegro Auction 2018

Coro Allegro is proud to be Boston's LGBTQ+ and allied classical chorus. Coro Allegro holds a silent auction in conjunction with its winter concert each season. These silent auctions are among the highest revenue sources for Coro Allegro, allowing us to continue in our mission of entertaining, educating, and building bridges between communities. Last season, we raised over $6,000 from our Silent Auction Program. Our goal this year is to raise over $10,000! We thank you for your support!

Over 25 years ago, David Cutler founded a Gay and Lesbian choir with a dual purpose - to build bridges between disparate communities while striving for the highest of artistic standards. And out of this, Coro Allegro was born.

Under the baton of Aristic Director David Hodgkins, Coro Allegro has blossomed into a nationally recognized LGBTQ+ and allied classical chorus. Known for award-winning programming, eclectic commissions and critically acclaimed performances and recordings of works by diverse classical and contemporary composers, Coro Allegro also is proud to offer a welcoming, affirming and supportive environment for performers and audiences alike.
