Closer to the Cure was created by Jennifer Martin, mom of Cooper, as a fundraising and information sharing vehicle for the pediatric brain tumor community. December 2016, our then, 6-year-old son Cooper was diagnosed with the most common pediatric brain tumor; Medulloblastoma. Closer to the Cure Fund is focused on raising funds for pediatric brain tumor research. We have partnered with the Carson Leslie Foundation cureMEdullo to accelerate research and escalate legislative action.
