Why you want to be there…
art[squared] is an opportunity for both the new and experienced collector! Some of the most sought-after artists in Louisville have work available at art[squared]! In addition, there will be 5 featured artists for our 8th year of art[squared] who have each created new work just for this event! Featured Artists for 2021 are Carlos Gamez de Francisco, Norman Spencer, Jessica Chao, Bob Lockhart, and Shohei Katayama.

As a creative hub established in the Portland neighborhood, Louisville Visual Art (LVA) is dedicated to encouraging local artists through art education, community engagement, and professional support. LVA nurtures our city's diverse artists throughout the creative lifecycle with programming such as the Mural Art Program (MAP), Local Muse, Open Studio Louisville, Artists Talk with LVA, and weekly calls for artists. LVA is shaping the next generation of creative leaders by providing quality instruction to 1,000+ students annually through Children's Fine Art Classes and outreach programs in schools and community centers. LVA aims to engage, inspire, and improve our region through art.
