Many of our members and supporters have generously donated items to help make your Christmas just a little more merry!

With COVID-19, we are not able to hold events to fundraise and support our many programs - Anney's Closet, Educational Grants, Dream It! Be It! Conference, and Stella's Suppers to name a few.

This small fundraiser will help to raise money to continue helping women and girls in our community.

Soroptimist International of Victoria Westshore (SIVW) – is a lively Club of women of various ages, professions and backgrounds. This diversity is often the creative ‘juice’ of the very interesting projects we undertake!

We run a number of projects to support women and girls in our community all supported by donations and fundraising:

Anney’s Closet – a “free” store for women to access household items when transitioning and gaining a fresh start in their lives. We work closely with 36+ social service agencies in Victoria, who refer an average of 3 women per week.

Financial Awards – for women to pursue educational opportunities.

Dream It! Be It! Conference – a 1-day conference for girls and young women aged 15-24 to gain mentorship and connections from the business and vocational community, attend workshops and break out sessions, gain inspiration.

Stella’s Suppers – A social evening for seniors in our community that includes a 3-course meal and entertainment. Held twice yearly.

Kiva Loans – We have a fund of $350 that has provided $7,100 worth of micro-loans to budding female entrepreneurs around the world.
