Welcome to Our Lady of Fatima School / Bienvenue à Ecole Notre Dame de Fatima. We are a Class 1, Independent, English and French Immersion Catholic School accredited in British Columbia under the terms of the Independent School School Act.

Dear Fatima Family,

We would like to thank all of you, especially the local businesses for the help, support, kindness and enthusiasm that have led to a great success of our past Virtual Silent Auctions.

We are so proud of our Virtual Silent Auction and the fundraising we have been able to accomplish for the school in the last 3 years. Last year, we raised just over $17,000 and in total just over $50,000 since we began this initiative. This year, the funds raised will continue to support the many ongoing projects at the school, including putting the funds towards our music portable.

Our 4th Annual Virtual Silent Auction will begin on Thursday December 7th at 12:15am and run until Monday December 11th at 10:00 PM

We have been working hard to keep our school safe and we have been successful. But with that has come many unforeseen costs and for the foreseeable future. Show your support for our school, for our kids, and join in for the fun auction from wherever you are.

Here are a few guidelines for the upcoming Auction:

** How to Join:
Scan the QR code on the poster or go to https://www.32auctions.com/OLFAuction and simply create your account (username and password will need to be created) and you will be connected to the Auction. Past bidders don’t need to register as credentials are safely saved and can be used again.

The Auction opens at 12:15 am on December 7th and ends at 10:00 pm sharp on December 11th.

** What Can I Expect to Find:
Our Auction is holiday focused! Potential gifts for infants to grandparents, siblings, teammates, co- workers and friendly neighbours, you will find the perfect gift for all of your loved ones!

** How Does Bidding Work:
All items will have a different bid price. Just follow the appropriate bidding increments for the specific item you want. Each item will have different starting prices and increments. Remember to keep an eye on time! All bidding will be open right up until the closing hour of 10:00 pm on December 11th. Bids made after the closing deadline will not count.

You can also utilize Proxy Bid which allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item.

** How do I Pay:
It’s easy - cash or cheque (cheques made payable to: Our Lady of Fatima School)

** How Do I Receive My Auction Items:
We are offering morning and afternoon pick up times! Simply arrive at the LAC Room located across from Fatima Center on either December 13th or December 14th between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am or 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and one of Santa’s elves will be happy to give you your order following appropriate safety protocol.
