No. 1 Gaoler's Mews - Friday, March 20th 2020
On Friday March 20th, 2020, No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews will be hosted by Chef Lee Cooper and Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard of Le Mousso and Le Petit Mousso in Montreal. Le Mousso was ranked #6 on Canada’s 100 Best in 2019 and Mousseau-Rivard himself was awarded Most Innovative Chef at the same time.
The two chefs are planning a collaborative multi-course dinner that will bring together Chef Mousseau-Rivard's neo-nordic cuisine and Chef Cooper's French via West Coast cuisine all paired with wines from L'Abattoir's reserve cellar.
All proceeds raised through ticket sales will be donated to our partner, the BC Hospitality Foundation.
