All proceeds go to the non-profit San Francisco Public Golf Alliance, a 501.c.3 public benefit corporation, whose work is to advocate and protect public golf in California and the Bay Area, with particular focus on our ongoing campaign to Preserve Sharp Park. Thanks to our generous donors and thank you in advance for your participation and support for The Cause.

Auction Description

The online portion of the auction will be open for bidding from Oct. 26 until Nov. 8, 7:00 pm Pacific Time. The auction then resumes as an in-person-only silent auction on Sunday, Nov. 12 following conclusion of the golf at the Alister MacKenzie Tournament* at the Sharp Park Golf Course, where the high online bid will serve as the opening bid for the silent auction.

Those who do not play golf in the MacKenzie Tournament on the morning of Nov. 12 are welcome to join the post-golf festivities, at a cost of $50 for the post-golf lunch, no-host bar, and in-person silent auction, starting at Noon Pacific Time, Nov. 12.

Nov. 9 – Nov. 11 Noon Pacific Time, the highest online bids will be confirmed via credit card authorization over the phone. Those highest online bids will serve as opening bids at the in-person silent auction on Nov. 12.

The in-person phase will conclude Nov. 12 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time, at which point the highest bid will be declared the Winner, and the high-bidder’s credit card will be processed for payment. If your online bid is not the ultimate high bid upon termination of the in-person silent auction on Nov. 12, then your credit card will NOT be charged and credit card info will not be saved. **

Note: When you sign-up for the online phase of the auction, be sure to include your best email and phone numbers and be prepared to provide credit card information for pre-authorization over the phone if you are the highest online bidder. It is important that you confirm your high bid by providing us with your credit card information and authorization before Noon Pacific Time, Saturday, Nov. 11. Otherwise, we will not be able to honor your online bid. You may also call or email us to provide your credit card information in advance, in anticipation of potentially being the highest online bidder: Richard Harris: 415-290-5718, richard@sfpublicgolf.org; Patrick Mochel, 630-877-3907, pmochel15@gmail.com .
