2023 KWPN-NA Online Silent Auction

The KWPN-NA Silent Auction was originally held in conjunction with our Annual General Meetings (AGM). However, since the 2021 and 2022 AGM were virtual due to COVID, we have been the conducting the Silent Auction Online. Those online auctions were very successful, and offered a lot more promotion and advertising for the donors. That’s why we decided to continue this set up: we now offer a small Silent auction at the in person AGM and a large Silent auction online.

This Online Silent auction is a great opportunity to promote your business, product or service to a group of educated, active and motivated horse professionals. The auction opens on April 21st. Your service/ product and business will be promoted directly after your donation. We will post your logo on our promotional flyers and banners, in the e-newsletter (41% opening rate!), on our social media channels and website leading up to and during the auction. You will also receive at least one extensive advertisement post on our channels to promote your donation and business.

The proceeds of our Silent auctions will go toward educational opportunities for members, including webinars, breeders seminars, young breeders educational opportunities, and the 2024 KWPN-NA Annual Meeting sessions. We’re considering starting a podcast too, which the proceeds will be used for.

- Payment is due within three (3) days after close of auction.

- It’s the bidders responsibility to read the information about the item carefully before bidding.

- The shipping costs might be added at bidder’s or donor’s expense or are included. It’s the bidder’s own responsibility to read the information in the item description well. The information about shipping is always added to the item.

- A winning bid is considered a contract. All sales are final: absolutely no refunds. Do not bid if you do not intend to complete the sale.

- Payment may be made in the form of PayPal, MasterCard or Visa credit cards, cash, bank wire transfer, personal or business check with proper identification, cashier’s or official bank check.

- Bidder agrees to hold the KWPN of North America, their employees, officers, agents, sponsors and donors, harmless from any errors, omissions or actions that might arise as a result of this auction.

- The KWPN of North America makes no warranties either expressed or implied in connection with this agreement.
