IAFN Foundation's Annual Silent Auction

The mission of the International Association of Forensic Nurses Foundation is to promote the legacy of forensic nursing by supporting forensic nurses and the ongoing advancements in nursing practice. This mission is achieved through scholarships for the annual professional conference and the dissemination of funding for research and equipment that benefits best forensic nursing practice.

Each Fall, forensic nurses usually gather for an annual International Association of Forensic Nurses’ Conference on Forensic Nursing Science and Practice. In response to COVID-19, this year's conference is instead being held virtually to help ensure the safety of attendees. The conference's purpose will remain however; working to put state-of-the-art science into action and create best practice for forensic nursing around the world and across the lifespan. What else will remain is our fundraising and social events, with the aim of bringing attendees together (virtually of course) and to raise funds for scholarships and grants.

Founded in 2008, the International Association of Forensic Nurses (IAFN) Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the support and education of Forensic Nurses worldwide.

Every person globally has access to a forensic nurse with the skills, resources, and training to provide the highest quality care, reducing the health impacts of violence and trauma.
