FGFL Windows of Opportunity Fundraiser

This auction is in support of the "Windows of Opportunity" fundraising campaign spearheaded by Friends of Gale Free Library in Holden. The funds raised will be used to help defray the cost for the total restoration and repair of the 60 exterior windows in the original Damon Memorial/ Gale Free Library building, including the stained glass windows that are an architectural treasure. The goal is to preserve and protect the historic character of a truly unique building.
The Friends campaign seeks to raise $200,000 of the total costs, with the balance coming from projected grants as well as town appropriations.

Friends of Gale Free Library is a not-for-profit organization whose members work to support the Gale Free Library through fundraising, program support, and management/staffing of the used books Book Cellar.
