BVG Annual Art Auction

Welcome to the Online Annual Art Exhibit and Auction. This year’s live event on May 18th is called X, commemorating the 10th anniversary of the celebration of Bayview Glen’s creative spirit. Highlights include: Artwork created by each class from BG2 to Grade 5, a one-of-a-kind piece by the Graduating Class of 2017, many other exciting works from students of all grades on display, and digitally reproduced momentos for on-site purchase.

*** In order to bid on a piece of artwork, you must first create an Auction Account. ***

To get started, please click on the image of the artwork you are interested in bidding on and press "Login" or "Create An Account to Participate", found at the top of your page.

At 1:00 pm on May 18th, the online auction will transition to bid sheets at the live event, which starts at 4:00 pm. Previously entered online proxy bids will continue to be honoured. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on May 18th.

Special Thanks: The Art Exhibit and Auction is generously supported by the Bayview Glen Parent Association. The Grad Class Painting auction is administered by BVG Advancement in conjunction with the Grade 12 Parents Committee.

Live Event Information

Our "Live Event" is Gallery Night X at the Atrium (Duncan Mill) and the J.T.M. Guest Theatre (Moatfield). 4:00-6:00 pm, Thursday, May 18th. During that time, we will be accepting your bids on bid sheets available at the venue, and honouring previously submitted proxy bids up to your maximum amounts.
