ADSA Youth Camp Fundraiser

Our organisation supports people with Down syndrome across Auckland. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our members by providing great support networks from birth through to retirement for themselves and their families. Social networks, promotion of greater inclusion, and furthering knowledge of Down syndrome in the wider community are some of our key goals.

We are a charity organisation which relies on funding grants and fundraising to provide these services to our membership. We currently have almost 500 members.

This auction is to support our young adults (mostly teenagers) to attend a 3 day camp next February. This specially designed camp provides a wonderful opportunity for members to make new friends, try new things, boost their confidence, improve their social and problem solving skills, and have amazing adventures along the way.

We have almost 80 items on offer from a huge range of generous sponsors and members. We invite you to join in the bidding with gusto, get something fabulous for yourself, and help our great cause at the same time!

Items include health & beauty packages, fitness sessions, kids coding classes, a night away at Sky City, gourmet food hampers, board games, fishing trips, and restaurant vouchers. The list goes on!

And if you have never met someone with Down syndrome - one of our families is offering the chance to share morning tea and meet their bubbly 3 year old girl.
