2016 American Contestant Patch Auction

Keep in mind: (By bidding in the 2016 RFD-TV The American Contestant Patch Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.)
• Online bidding closes at 6:15. USE YOUR PROXY BID (maximum amount willing to bid for a specific athlete).
• We will be updating online with table bids and vice versa. Event results and athletes will be added as they progress.
• Bidding increments: $50 – silent auction; $100 – live auction.
• Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the night of the auction to the cashier. Your Organization accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, or a check made payable to RP3. (Online bidders must provide a credit card number.)
• Winning bidders must provide 2 forms of a logo in order for us to generate the patch timely.
• RP3 Management will have final judgement on any/all bidding discrepancies.
• All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” RP3 has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

Four drink tickets for AT&T Stadium during The American
Parking pass to AT&T Stadium for the top 10 highest bidders
Unique & creative prize package from contestants

In-person auction will be updated to extend bidding for all qualifying bids at 6:15 through 6:30. Bidding will automatically be extended for qualifying bids. The top 50 highest bidded athletes roll into a live auction at 7:00pm at the coliseum. If you qualify, please expect a phone call from RP3 Management to start live bidding. An email notification will be sent as a notification as well.
