Valley Baptist's Annual Easter Auction

Thank you for participating in Valley Baptist Church's annual Easter auction benefitting our youth ministry!

This year, everyone who registers with their phone number and bids on an auction item will be entered for a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card! Additional entries to the drawing for sharing the special event post on 3/22 (the post will be specifically indicated on FB and IG).

The donated funds go towards scholarships for camp, events, and curriculum. We value our youth and believe they are a vital part of our church. Thank you again for your support!

We will be adding items and adjusting prices/details up until the auction starts.

We recommend including your phone number when signing up-- this will allow the site to tell you via text that someone has outbid you! You can also ask the computer to bid on your behalf, called a proxy bid, up to a limit that you set.

Most items can be purchased as a "buy now" item and picked up prior to Easter.

We recommend utilizing the item numbers for writing down the items you want and for looking them up with the search bar. In addition to the search bar, the auction has a filter feature. For example, want to look at all the gift certificates or art? The filter will help narrow down the items to a more manageable group.

Payment will be limited to the following options this year:
1) check or exact cash at time of pick up. This option is preferred as there will be no fee associated with purchase. Please make out checks to Valley Baptist Church with "youth auction" on the memo line.

Please bring a printed copy of donation page/receipt or bring a screen shot with the value at pick up.
