WineFest 2021

WeCAN (Western Communities Action Network) is a nonprofit social service agency serving the needs of low-income residents of western Hennepin County. We are hosting WineFest 2021: A Virtual Toast to Community on October 2 in place of our regular live event. This year's event features an online silent auction and fundraising campaign.

ALL Fund-a-Need donations will be generously matched by two local family foundations.

Like many of our neighbors, we are struggling with how to raise funds during this pandemic, especially since our clients need us now more than ever. With your help, we can continue to meet their basic needs and help them on their path to stability and self-sufficiency. Thank you for your support!

WeCAN (Western Communities Action Network) is a nonprofit social service agency serving the needs of low-income residents of western Hennepin County. WeCAN’s service area includes the cities of Greenfield, Independence, Loretto, Maple Plain, Minnetonka Beach, Minnetrista, Mound, Rockford, Spring Park, St. Bonifacius, Tonka Bay and western Orono (Navarre). Our services include emergency assistance to prevent homelessness, family support programs, Mobile Market, Meals on Wheels, a Job Center, and referrals and resources.
