About Our Auction
Jenny Doan, Melissa Corry, Natalia Bonner, and Kaitlyn Howell have graciously designed and stitched each piece of fabric to create a quilt that will help raise money for Sew Much Hope.
Sew Much Hope provides sewing machines to refugees in the US and others in need abroad to foster self-reliance and help end generational poverty.
SMH helps to restore hope and balance to communities abroad devastated by war, genocide and poverty working closely with other organizations, governments and communities to develop creative solutions and programs that allow the poorest of the poor to earn extra income, start a micro-business, or simply mend clothing and improve living standards for their families.
This on line auction begins April 20 and finishes on the stage at a live auction in Sandy, Utah on Saturday, May 4th. The final bid will be taken to the Utah Quilting & Sewing Marketplace and you will be able to continue to bid with a person on the phone if you cannot be there in person.
We want to give a big thank you to Moda for providing the fabric called "Looking Forward" designed by Jen Kingwell.
