2023 AGM Fundraiser

As a not-for-profit organisation, TWiA relies on member contributions, business partnerships and Government funding and grants to continue this work in the agriculture space. In an effort to fundraise, the Executive Committee are holding a silent auction.

Tasmanian Women in Agriculture (TWiA) was formed in 1994 with the goal of celebrating the contributions and success of female contributors to the agricultural sector, while cultivating connections and empowering women.

Currently TWiA contributes sponsorship to organisations such as Sprout Tasmania and Marcus Oldham Rural Leadership program to facilitate opportunities for Tasmanian women, while also organizing subsidized training for members – rural driver safety programs, fire safety and succession planning - just to name a few!
