About Our Auction
On August 21st, 2021, a record-breaking rainfall dropped 17 inches of rain on the town of Waverly, Tennessee. The resulting flood killed 22 people, at last count, and destroyed many homes and businesses. Imagine losing your home, and all you hold dear, to a flood.
A band of local artists set up this art auction, because we wanted to do something practical to let the flood survivors know we are here and we care. All auction proceeds go directly to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, specifically to help flood victims in need!
