A fun and lively fundraiser that helps our Tavistock Fall Fair remain a tradition for future generations! Our annual in-person auction has been cancelled due to the current Covid-19 situation. Your help, by bidding on items, is greatly appreciated!

We're a proud supporter of the Tavistock and surrounding community. Farm and agriculture based, we offer many family-friendly events at our annual fall fair held the weekend after Labour day each year. Our annual Silent Auction event is a favourite with the community and we're grateful for the immense support that we receive each year in donations and enthusiastic bidders. We welcome you to our 2022 online version of our auction and hope you have an enjoyable time.

Our 2020 auction will close at 5pm. Due to COVID-19, our in person auction was postponed to 2021. Thank you for taking part this weekend; we greatly appreciate our community support!

Step 1: Invoice(s) will be sent out to all successful bidders via email at close of auction.

Step 2: Winning bidders are asked to pay for their items via Etransfer to silentauction@tavistockfallfair.com immediately following auction close and receipt of invoice(s).

Step 3: Please tag payments with bidder numbers (found on invoice) for prompt processing.

Step 4: Pickups (at convenor Kim Urlando's home - 3583 Perth Road 107 Tavistock) may commence at 7 - 9 pm on Sunday Sept 13th.

Cash is permitted (where etransfer not available) at time of pickup; please bring exact change.
