About Case Management Foundation

The Case Management Foundation (CMF) is a one-of-a-kind organization, created in 2008 by a group of dedicated case managers who wanted help strengthen and grow the industry through charitable means. Through generous donations, CMF offers programs focused on continuing education, research and professional development.
Research studies, industry awareness projects, educational stipends and achievement awards are among the activities integral to CMF. Our organization strives to concentrate on projects that will affect case management in a wide range of practice settings, so case managers can ultimately improve the health outcomes for a large number of people.
Since 2008, the case management foundation has provided $20000 In awards for research and practice improvement, over $3000 in scholarships for professional education and development. We've provided monies for research study funding around transitions of care, and offer assistance in researching funding options for connected hundreds of case managers in diverse settings through volunteer opportunities and social media.
