STH Ski-Art Auction

The Shelburne Tap House first annual "Ski-Art Auction" benefiting Cochran’s after school programs.
Local Artists have generously created one-of-a-kind art on skis to be displayed for live viewing at The Shelburne Tap House during the month of February, and auctioned off online from February 21- March7th. All proceeds will support the after school ski scholarship program at Cochran's Ski Area. All donations, large or small, help to make skiing and year round recreation possible for local children and families. Additionally, all proceeds from this auction will be matched by a local donor up to $5,000.00.

In 1998, Cochran's Ski Area became a non-profit organization with a mission “to provide area youth and families with affordable skiing and snowboarding, lessons and race training, in the Cochran tradition.” The ski area offers a ten week ski instruction program coordinated with local schools and run by community volunteers. Cochran's is the nation's first IRS 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt ski area.
