About Our Auction

Welcome to our Roaring2020’s Speakeasy Gala Auction, where the PASSWORD IS “GENEROSITY.”

We love being able to offer the Online Auction as a way to include EVERYONE at Shir Hadash in our Gala celebration. And thanks to the generosity of many Shir Hadash friends, we are pleased to offer this amazing collection of over 60 auction items!

The Speakeasy Online Auction is one of our primary fundraising events of the year, and we hope you will help us meet our goal. Bidding for auction items will occur online ONLY. So come on in to the Speakeasy Online Auction, where your bidding generosity will help us raise the funds vital to supporting our good works, our programs, and our ability to create those welcoming spaces that make our Shir Hadash community a home.

Bidding opens on August 3, at 12:00 noon.
Bidding closes on August 13, at 3:00 p.m.

LIVE EVENT INFORMATION

Our Roaring 2020’s Speakeasy Gala Live Event will take place at Shir Hadash on Saturday evening, August 13, at 6:30 p.m. Please join us at this 1920s style extravaganza, filled with jazz, games, dinner and drinks, where we will gather together to welcome Rabbi Nico and his family, reconnect with friends, and celebrate Congregation Shir Hadash.
[Please note once again: the Speakeasy Online Auction will be closed prior to the evening’s festivities.]

The 1920s were marked by amazing new technologies, products and possibilities. We share that optimism in 2022! Standing on the shoulders of our Founders, we can see far past the top of the next mountain. Join us as we find strength in our Jewish community, build for the future, and make many possibilities a reality.
