All proceeds from this auction will be used to fund Project Commotion’s signature programs, ensuring that the children in our community who need it most have access to stimulating physical activities and sensory experiences that help foster healthy cognitive and social-emotional development – the foundations of academic and personal success.

Project Commotion's mission is to foster healthy development in children through purposeful movement, play, and family and community relationships. Core to this mission are our distinctive movement programs for children and adults that combine elements of martial arts, dance, music, and circus arts. PC’s programs are based on emerging research in neuroscience and child development, which is uncovering the powerful positive influences of movement on the developing brain. Practiced in a safe and nurturing environment, certain kinds of movement can provide the developmental building blocks that allow children to make friends, explore their talents and interests, and excel in school.
