Justin's Coming! Park Easily for Charity!

Pride is upon us! And our Prime Minister is joining us to celebrate! Justin Trudeau is going to be in Halifax's Pride Parade on Saturday, July 22nd. Skip the stress of downtown and park at our studio in the North End. You'll be a 10-15 minute stroll to the beginning of the parade route. Auction donations for this convenience will be going to The Youth Project. A long standing organization which provides events, supports and resources for Halifax's LGBTQ++ youth.

In the heart of Halifax's North End business district, yoga & bodywork come together in a way that encourages healing and growth through self discovery and education. Space is held for mentorship, massage therapy, meditation, collaboration, exploration and understanding. Pramana's belief is that we are all part of a universal bond of sharing that connects us as a community. It's mission is to make one another available for connection to a greater understanding by offering collaborative knowledge.
