OUR MISSION is to improve the quality of life for our participants through programs and services that are safe and productive, promote a positive attitude through teamwork and community contribution, and offer a path toward healthy choices and a family-centered lifestyle

WE BELIEVE that our organizational purpose and mission is accomplished by providing an interactive, nurturing environment that recognizes, and facilitates, teachable moments and productive experiences through programs and services that include, but are not limited to: afterschool enrichment programs, vacation camps, sport clinics, outdoor activities, special events and various other programs for the youth in our community.

HERE AT THE OTREC CENTER, WE BELIEVE in the value of youth development and strive to offer opportunities to develop leadership skills and promote responsibility through goodwill and community service in a safe and productive manner.
