Ogden Middle School Auction for Outdoor School

Every year Ogden Middle School’s sixth grade attends Outdoor School, an experience where students learn to appreciate and respect the natural world, as well as engage in physical activity and fitness out-of-doors. The experiential learning that occurs at Outdoor School is a unique occasion in their educational careers and one we cannot replicate within our school buildings.

Each year, we receive a small grant from the Gray Family Foundation and attempt to raise funds through our Parent Group, private donations and smaller fundraising events. While we are excited by the recent passing of Measure 99, we unfortunately will not have access to additional funds for this school year and, despite our efforts, the cost per student has increased this year.

In order to help as many students as possible, Ogden will be hosting an online auction fundraiser featuring locally donated items and services. Bidding will be open April 3 – 13, and winners may collect and pay for their items in the Front Office beginning Friday, April 14. (cash, checks and credit/debit cards accepted).
