North Melbourne Primary School Silent Auction

After an extended break - since 2018 - we are thrilled that our bi-annual School Fete is back! This year our theme is 'Around The World' and the students and school community is anticipating a great festive event on Friday 4 November, 4pm - 8pm.

Our school appreciates the important relationship with local businesses within our local communities - we support each other. Our families choose to 'go local' when they eat out, shop, and use services and we kindly thank all our local donors and sponsors for their generous support of our school.

For the first time, our Silent Auction is online, bringing more opportunity and freedom for our community to participate, get involved, and support our fundraising efforts.

What is an online silent auction?

The 2-week online silent auction will complement our 'Around The World' School Fete. Local businesses and families have donated a fantastic array of items, gifts, vouchers, and experiences. All items are 100% donations with all proceeds from this auction going directly to the school.

Available items are detailed on this site and you have the opportunity to bid for items you wish to purchase. If the price you have offered is the highest when the auction closes at 8pm on Saturday 5 November, then you are the successful bidder. After this you pay for the item and it's yours.

The Silent Auction will have a physical presence in the School Library. We will have volunteers available to answer questions about items and to assist with online bidding. Bidding will continue until 24 hours after the fete, so everyone will have ample opportunity to be the successful bidder for their coveted item. All bid notifications are sent via email to the email address used when you sign up to the auction, hosted on this 32auctions.com website.

The NMPS Parents & Friends Association have worked tirelessly to pull this together, and we hope you enjoy the fun of online bidding. We welcome and thank you for your participation in our Fete through this online auction. We hope you can find something that inspires and excites you!

Our 'Around The World' School Fete is fundraising for upgrades to our Errol St site as it transitions to a senior campus - with our new junior Molesworth Street campus opening in 2023. These upgrades will focus on inclusive and sensory areas and equipment to support the ongoing well-being of our students.
