Night Stalker Foundation's Silent Auction

Your support in this auction will support the Family Resiliency Program and help families cope with the uncertainty and stress of these deployments. All funds raised will be used to support soldiers and families of the 160th SOAR (Airborne).

The Night Stalker Foundation’s original mission was to provide financial assistance for the academic endeavors of the soldiers and families of the 160th SOAR (A). In the last eight years, the Foundation has awarded over $1.1 million in scholarships. In recent years, the unit has grown to nearly 3,400 soldiers, so future financial needs are well beyond this. Most scholarships are awarded in the name of a fallen soldier of the unit to recognize the ultimate sacrifice each made in service to the country.

The courageous actions of the soldiers have a significant impact on the family. Night Stalkers may deploy with little notice and families often do not know when their loved ones will return, with a real concern for their livelihood. The continuous deployment since 9-11 takes a toll on all involved. The NSF has allocated funds to support a Resiliency Program to help families cope with the uncertainty and stress of deployments.

Beyond scholarships, the NSF is now looking to enable Transition Training and Assistance for those who must leave the unit. Through your support, the Foundation is looking to expand its programs to help with the transition from active duty to civilian life.
