All money raised from this auction will go directly to the Gyneacology Oncology unit to assist with funds for the vital trials they undertake which are improving and saving the lives of women across our region each and every day.

Funds raised are in aid of Liverpool Women’s Hospital Gynaecology Oncology unit which is the regional Gynaecological Surgical Cancer Centre for Merseyside and Cheshire. The ground breaking work carried out here improves and saves the lives of women both locally and nationally through their involvement in National Trials in relation to screening, surgery and genetics.

Each year in the UK, over 21,000 women are diagnosed with some form of gynaecological cancer. This equates to 58 women receiving this life-changing news every day. Sadly 21 women will die from a gynaecological cancer every single day, yet still Gynaecological Cancer receives little publicity.

Every single one of us has a Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Wife, Daughter or friend who will, at some stage in their lives be affected by gynaecological issues.
