About Our Auction

The Hammond Museum is pleased to host its Silent Auction this year with a special arrangement that has never been experienced before. Our guest of honor, Mr. Yanagi, has generously donated 10 art pieces of fine Japanese Ceramics from the Yanagi Oriental Fine Arts Collection for this SILENT AUCTION.

All proceeds from this Silent Auction will be donated for the benefit of the Hammond Museum and Japanese Stroll Garden.

About Hammond Museum & Japanese Stroll Garden

The Hammond Museum was created as a foundation of support to promote global awareness and development of Eastern cultures within the West. The Japanese Stroll Garden was designed as an environmental treasure of natural beauty and tranquility, delighting the senses and refresh the spirit. The two complement each other as complete environment where aspects of Eastern and Western culture can meet and can be appreciated through art exhibitions, concerts, special events and educational programs. It continues to reach out and support its wide community of artists, performers and scholars in the Greater New York Metropolitan Region.
