Hamilton Elementary School PTO Online Auction

The Hamilton Elementary PTO's Online Auction Fundraiser will be live online from April 1-7, 2019. We will be hosting an event on the last day of the auction from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Creekwood Grill where auction items can be viewed during the last 3 hours of bidding.

Proceeds from the auction will be used to purchase technology that will aid in the education of the students at Hamilton Elementary.

The amazing teachers and staff of Hamilton Elementary, numerous local businesses, and individuals in our community have contributed great items and/or gift certificates for their goods/services/time in support of our fundraiser. Others have contributed monetary donations as sponsors. All of the items that were donated are included in this auction and are up for bid.

What better way for you to support our school and local businesses than bidding on great items/services that you and/or your kids would love to have in and around our community and having the money go directly to the school?

Ninety-eight percent (98%) of the funds raised from this event will go directly to benefit the students and staff of Hamilton Elementary School. Our children are our future, so let the bidding begin!

Something else to keep in mind......any amount of your donation that is above the fair market value of the item received is tax deductible, as Hamilton Elementary PTO is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Documentation of your donation(s) will be provided to you with any items received.

PayPal and check payments are accepted. Check payments can be made at the time of pickup.

The Hamilton Elementary PTO provides educational and cultural programs to our students through parent volunteers, financial support from parents and support from local business. Just a few examples of what our funding allows for our children: Cultural Arts Demonstrations, Literacy Library, Library Books, BizTown, Destination Imagination, Junior Achievement, Tutoring Supplies, Butterfly Garden & Insect Study, Educational Materials & Equipment.
