The bidder with the high bid commits to purchase the breeding. A breeding contract will be established between the high bidder and the stallion owner. The high bidder is entitled to get the semen of the respective stallion for the breeding season 2016 or 2017 or both as specified.

The bidder with the high bid commits to purchase the breeding. A Breeding Contract will be established between the high bidder and the stallion owner. The high bidder is entitled to get the semen of the stallion for the breeding season 2016 only (unless otherwise specified). It is the bidder’s responsibility to consult the Breeding Contract and to check any additional costs and breeding conditions.
The bid transactions do not establish a contract between any bidder and NRHA or any agent or representative of the NRHA (National Reining Horse Association). Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. Any disputes will be decided by NRHA.
Auction will end on April, 23rd 2016, at 5 pm (CET)
After the auction has ended the high bidders will be notified by NRHA and NRHA will provide payment information and the breeding contract. Payment is due 5 days after receipt of invoice.
