Eastshore's Silent Auction 2023

You must register in order to place any bids for this online silent auction. You can access the auction from any internet-connected mobile device or computer. The online silent auction goes live Monday, May 1 at 10AM and ends Friday, May 12 at 8PM at Family Fun Night. After the items are paid for, auction winners can pick up items at Family Fun Night or from the Eastshore office.

Auction item transactions are considered cash donations to Eastshore Elementary PTA and not purchases for tangible or intangible items.

By registering & bidding on items, you accept the following:

As the winner of an auction item, you hereby accept the Item and understand that the PTA assumes no responsibility for the authenticity, condition, or validity of description of the Item. You understand that the value (if) indicated for the Item is a good faith estimate of the value of the goods/services furnished. You further understand that all items are sold "as is" and non-refundable, and that any restrictions (especially specific event dates) noted related to the Item are non-negotiable.

By purchasing this Item, you release the California State PTA, including all unit, council, and district PTAs and all of their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, and agents (collectively “the PTA”) and the Item donor, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action arising out of or related to the possession, redemption, participation in, or other use of the Item.

You are fully aware of, and assume all risks in connection with the possession, redemption, participation in, or other use of the Item.

Eastshore Elementary PTA supports all students with grant funding for STEM classrooms, learning excursions, assemblies, library books, instructional supplies, and so much more!
