CVHHH Telehealth Campaign Online Auction!

In lieu of our annual signature fundraising event, Seasons of Life Fashion Show, Live Auction, and Dinner, CVHHH is hosting a telehealth campaign and online auction to expand telehealth services for Central Vermonters of all ages. Bid now to expand telehealth in Central Vermont!

What is telehealth? It’s a way of providing remote care, support, and education to individuals at home via the use of telemonitors. Telemonitors are portable electronic devices, similar to an iPad, that are equipped with video functionality. Telemonitors are used to support people living with chronic diseases like heart disease and hypertension. Clinicians also use the telemonitors to provide skilled nursing and rehab therapy care to clients at home and for check-ins between face-to-face visits. Telehealth supports Central Vermonters of all ages and we need your support! Bid on our amazing packages and help us raise funds to expand this valuable program.
