Child Safety Center Community Fundraiser Challenge

On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. Children are oftentimes the silent victims of domestic violence. Can you imagine what it's like for a child to feel unsafe with someone they love? Unfortunately, that wasn't an imaginary problem for parents and children in our community. Last year, we facilitated 1,457 supervised visits, 233 safe exchanges and processed 202 new intakes. The Child Safety Center champions a world in which all vulnerable families have access to safe and quality visitation services and we know you'd like to help. That's why we've made it easy for you to support the Child Safety Center Community Fundraiser Challenge through this online silent auction. Please attend our fundraiser or make a donation to support our cause. There are children in Brainerd Lakes Area depending on you.

Every dollar collected for silent auction purchases will go directly toward our efforts of providing safety and supportive services for families, including safe exchanges of children between parents and supervised visits in a structured environment.

The Alex & Brandon Child Safety Center is a program of the Mid-Minnesota Women's Center, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to keep families safe from domestic violence.

Relationship Safety Alliance (formerly Mid-Minnesota Women’s Center) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by relationship abuse. Through our three core programs—the Louise Seliski Shelter, the Alex & Brandon Child Safety Center, and Support Groups, Outreach & Education—we serve thousands of adults, children, and families each year, always at no cost to them.

We provide 24/7 emergency shelter, crisis response, court support, safe family visitations, supervised exchanges, and community education—all made possible by generous donors, grant funding, and committed volunteers.
