Calm Waters is Central Oklahoma's only grief agency. We were created in 1992 to provide free mental health support to children and families who have experienced significant loss.

Through FREE Grief Support Groups, Divorce Support Groups and Student Support Groups, Calm Waters ensures that our participants never have to grieve alone.
