Blythe Parents' Night Silent Auction Fundraiser

The Blythe Park Elementary School is a local chapter of the National Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The PTA at the local level is linked to the state PTA and National PTA, forming a nationwide network of members working on behalf of all children and youth. Membership is open to anyone who believes in the Mission and Purposes of the PTA. Individual members may belong to any number of PTAs and pay dues in each. Every person who joins a local PTA automatically becomes a member of both the state and National PTAs.

The Vision of the National PTA is to make every child’s potential a reality. In order to meet this goal the mission of the PTA is to act as

A powerful voice for all children,
A relevant resource for families and communities, and
A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
The Blythe Park PTA is strongly committed to these same goals. Through active participation from families and school staff, we strive to enrich the lives of our students in many ways. By sponsoring academic, cultural, fitness, and social programs, the PTA helps to develop both the mind and the body of our students. Additionally the PTA works to support Blythe Park School by sponsoring programs that purchase books for our library and by supplying necessary funding for other enriching materials.
