About Billy's Legacy Foundation
Billy’s Legacy Foundation empowers teens to achieve leadership, personal or educational goals by granting financial scholarships.
The foundation was established to provide scholarships and/or grants to students aspiring to be involved with programs supporting continuing education, youth leadership, or to students who need dependence recovery grants.
