Musical Chairs

Volunteer area artists have painted and decorated 15 vintage chairs with images to represent a musical-- a beloved BDACT production or a favorite movie. Each chair, barstool or bench is functional as furniture while doubling as a great work of art, kitsch, and conversation piece. YOU can take home one of these unique pieces by being the highest bidder online. You can view the chairs online without logging in, but you'll want to check out photos of each chair! When you find the chair you want, you can set up a secret "proxy bid" so you don't need to keep checking back. Bid generously!
You can also view the chairs on display in the lobby window of the theater at 117 W. Maple Avenue, Beaver Dam WI. Just pull into the parking lot. Due to Covid, the lobby is closed to visitors.

Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre (BDACT) has been serving the public with enriching and inspirational performing arts events on stage since 1964. Our members connect, create, and transform together. We strive to create an inclusive environment of engaged volunteers with hands-on learning and opportunities on and off stage. In 2019, the organization moved into the state-of-the-art BDACT Fine Arts Center thanks to its many supporters. We hope to see you at one of the many musicals, plays, concerts, variety shows, youth events, and social events that we hold each year.
