The Epidemic of Violence: How Did We Get Here?

Due to COVID 19, we were presented with an opportunity. Our annual gala had to be cancelled. However, we continued to see a surge in the number of homicides and violent crimes here in Kansas City. The money generated from this auction will be used to help us provide much needed services to those impacted by violence in our community. It will also help us continue to work toward violence prevention.

The Ad Hoc Group Against Crime has served the Kansas City metropolitan community for over 40 years; by promoting healing and justice to those most impacted by violence. From meeting with families of homicide victims to helping concerned parents search for their lost child, we have always made it our goal to support our community. We serve as a trusted bridge between the community and the criminal justice system.
