**Note: Before you can make a bid on an item, you'll need to make an account with 32 Auctions.

**The "Buy Now" option means you forego bidding and will buy at the "Buy Now" price offered. Most items do not have this option, but some do.

**There are 2 types of bids:

1) Exact Bid - is a regular bid that you submit manually.

2) Proxy Bid- allows you to enter the maximum amount you are willing to bid and then let the system bid for you up to that amount.

You can always donate to our organization by clicking the top right button that says "DONATE" in green. Cash, Check, or Credit Card Donations to the Woodside Elementary PTA are always tax deductible. Just ask for a receipt. Our Tax ID number is 91-115909.

Donations of items TO the silent auction, or winning bids on purchases MAY be partially tax deductible in certain circumstances. Please note that only winning bids that exceed fair market value are eligible for possible deductions. Consult your tax advisor for specific advice.

There is a special community here at Woodside, made up of parents and teachers making a difference in the lives of our kids. It's your Woodside Elementary PTA! We are responsible for countless educational contributions to the school as well as fun events and activities that would otherwise not be possible.

We are here as a voice for children and families. We are here to support teachers who spend their days with our children. We are here to help out where federal and state funding fall short on basic education. We are here to have fun and build friendships. We are here to make Woodside a school where students are proud to say they're a Woodside Toucan.
