About Our Auction
Each year our annual fund powers our ability to make a Sussex education accessible to more families via tuition assistance. Additionally, these funds directly support expenses that tuition doesn’t cover completely, including educational materials, professional development for our staff, support of the arts and outdoor programs, and maintaining our beautiful campus.

At Sussex School, our mission is to provide a challenging, progressive curriculum in a nurturing environment, so that students can become confident, enthusiastic learners and caring participants in their local and global communities. Through the arts, the outdoors, and challenging curriculum we develop critical thinking, creativity, courage, and citizenship in all our students.
Live Event Information
Online bidding will end Thursday, February 1st at 10:00 PM.
Continue bidding at the in person event Friday, February 2nd or chose the buy now option on select items to ensure you win. You can preview the live auction items ahead but bidding will take place in person only.
We still have a handful of seats lets if you'd like to attend. Email advancement@sussexschool.org if interested.
Event Details
Time: Doors open at 6:00 with Dinner served at 7:00.
Location: Missoula County Fairgrounds, Home Arts Building - On South Ave W next to the new Butterfly House.
Theme: We're taking things back to the school's roots in the 70's this year! Shake out the bell bottoms and your best peasant blouse. Or, maybe disco is more your speed!
Food & Beverage: We are thrilled to be working with Pangea for our catering and the Rhino for our cash bar this year.
What to Expect: Student performances, good music, food, laughter, live auction, paddle call, silent auction, spirits wall, and lots of gift cards! In the days leading up to the event some items will be available for bidding and viewing online. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the event!
Checking Out: Check out will look a little different this year. To save everyone time standing in lines, we will be sending out invoices on Monday, and you will be able to collect your items during the week. If you need to check out tonight, we will have an option for you to do so.
