About Our Auction
On Valentines day, Sunday 14 February 2021, the inaugural Walk the Talk Walk to raise awareness of organ donation and money to fund Cystic Fibrosis related transplant research and equipment will be taking place.
All money raised will fund vital transplant-related research and equipment.
As a 100% volunteer run charity every dollar raised will support us to achieve our goal to Conquer Cystic Fibrosis!
This event has been inspired by Conquer Cystic Fibrosis advocate Jackie Fraser. Jackie received new lungs in November 2020. So many tears of relief have been shed for Jackie and we can’t wait to see what she does next!
Thank you so much Jackie for advocating for Conquer Cystic Fibrosis and organ donation so tirelessly.
About Conquer Cystic Fibrosis
Conquer Cystic Fibrosis (CCF) was established to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and money to fund vital CF research.
CCF is the largest donor to CF research in Australia and we are 100% volunteer run!
It has been acknowledged by the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust (ACFRT) that people living with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) around the world have significantly benefited from the research we have helped to fund.
Our goal is to raise as much money and awareness as possible to help find treatments, and eventually the cure, for our loved ones with CF.
Our passionate group of volunteers comprises parents of children with CF, friends of those parents and several selfless individuals untouched by the disease but with a desire to help.
We have no paid staff or overheads. We are a group of volunteers which ensures that every cent we raise goes directly to CF research - research that is extending and improving lives.
